Considering assistive technology (AT) is a mandate for all school-aged students receiving special education services. However, considering and providing AT are only components in a larger set of AT services that are needed to provide a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). This session dives into strategies that ensure that your school's AT services are compliant and are designed to promote increased student outcomes as a result. Issues of local capacity building will also be addressed.
