While a pulse is necessary for someone to be a teacher or administrator, we are redefining the certification process to be more inclusive and removing barriers whenever possible. The process of becoming certified to teach or administer in Nebraska has been going through a reimagining process as a result of proposed rule changes and The Legislature. For example, did you know there are seven different "alternative" pathways and another one was just created as a result of LB1218 in addition to the regular methods to become certified? This session will provide general information, updates and there will be time to answer your questions.
