The S.E.E.D. Educator Effectiveness process is currently supporting a number of initiatives across the state that are taking a proactive approach to recruitment and retention, equity-driven leadership, and shared leadership. Join us to hear from numerous education leaders from districts, ESUs, the NDE, and higher education personnel. The discussion will center on districts who are committed to building their own capacity, promoting their own ownership and growth, and prioritizing their time and efforts to take control of their own fate.
