Effective systems put educators in a position to thrive where there is a distinction between support and development. Support is defined by the structures in place required to meet expectations, whereas with development, structures are in place where the educators can take ownership of their own growth and learning as professionals. Join the S.E.E.D. team and Bobby Truhe from KSB Law to engage in education perspectives from an educator effectiveness lens and a legal lens to see how districts can situate evaluation as the product of support and development, rather than the other way around.
