Effective systems put educators in a position to thrive because there is a clear distinction between support and development.  Support is outlined by the structures in place to bolster one’s ability to be effective within a system, while development is defined by the individual’s themselves, and their ability to take ownership of their own growth and learning as professionals. Together, support and development are the key ingredients to building a culture of collective efficacy. 
Join this session with the S.E.E.D. team to begin thinking about how you, as an administator, might think about your own support and development system. The S.E.E.D. system is designed to bring all layers of the educational community to help your system to gain clarity around the struggles, the purpose, and the processes within your system through the lens of educator effectiveness.
