Improving student behavior is a common goal for many school systems. In addition, many schools implement Positive Behavior Interventions and Support (PBIS) with the hopes of improving student behavior and culture. However, to do this requires a committed leader that can navigate several adaptive challenges throughout the year. This session will provide attendees with information and resources on the administrator’s essential role in implementing and guiding their school in the PBIS framework.
