How often do CTE instructors get together to look at your CTE programs as a whole? With this data-driven process, schools of any size can look at the state of their programs. The process has three parts: 1) perception data, 2) hard data and 3) next steps. The process has opened the eyes of CTE instructors and administrators to where their district's CTE programs currently stand, where they would like to go, and how they are going to take them to the next level.
