The session would focus on the needs of smaller districts that have limited resources and how to grow the MTSS process. We would focus on the start-up, buy-in from team members/staff, and establishing district goals for staff/students. We also would highlight the relationship-building, creation of a diverse team, and the importance of a positive culture in the team and district.
