Julie Downing has been a staff developer at ESU13 for ten years. She works to support rural educators in the panhandle in curriculum, assessment and instruction. She serves as a strategist for the state staff development affiliate and works collaboratively to find innovative ways to provide equitable, quality learning for Nebraska educators.
