The UNK Educational Administration Department offers degrees and endorsements leading to certification as a Superintendent, Principal and Supervisor of Special Education in an online environment. We are fortunate to have faculty members with extensive backgrounds as public-school administrators to share “real life” experiences.  A priority is to develop close relationships with program graduates as they embark on careers as school administrators, mentors, and colleagues.  We prepare graduates to be school leaders who are responsive, reflective, and collaborative decision-makers and who have the requisite knowledge, skills, and technological expertise to organize learning environments that embrace the principles of democracy, diversity, and equity.
